Integrated text messaging to communicate with patients

It would be incredibly useful to have a way to text message patients built into Clinicent (not just reminders), such as contacting patients to see if they are available to take an open appointment, schedule. So many people do not answer their phones or listen to voicemail it would much easier to coordinate the schedule via text messages (that are not associated with just one employee's email or phone #).

    Our offices use a Google Voice phone number for free to text, and you can route them to transfer calls directly to your office number!

    We have tons of patients actively asking us to do this quite often, we would definitely use this!

    this would be extremely useful. We have switched to Verizon as an internet/phone carrier and they have an app (onetalk) that we use to text our patients without having to use our actual cellphone number. But YES. In 2023, nobody wants a phone call and everyone wants to text. THANK YOU!
