Arrows to navigate to next/prev day

It would be helpful to have arrows by the "today" button to allow for quick navigation to the next or previous day on the schedule. This would be helpful for quick navigation, so you don't have to click the schedule icon simply to see the next day. Also after clicking on a patient, if the left column with appointment and case/insurance info would stay on screen while navigating with the arrows.
