Checkbox for deceased patients

I would like to have a checkbox to mark a patient as deceased. This should populate to a demographics report, which could then be filtered (eg to create a mailing list without sending mail to someone who is deceased). I know you can currently discharge a CASE by marking the client deceased, but that does not really carry over anywhere and does not apply if the client passed away after their final case was already discharged.
