Add Primary Payer- field to Fax Transmissions report

when we open up the fax transmissions ( by date or not ) it would be NICE to have the opportunity to narrow down the PAYOR. Medicare IE's are required and we have to keep sending them over and over until received. It would be nice to be able to ONLY SEE THE MDCR patients in the fax transmittals.
