TASKS: project Management Tool

We need to be able to use Insight Go in the same way as Insight EMR . Not seeing the same display of being able to look up tasks as comprehensively in Insight Go in comparison to Insight EMR. As an example, if administrator follows up with staff therapist repeatedly and staff therapists Director needs to look at the back and forth within the task archive, it doesnt seem to allow review or ability to "research tasks" of this correspondence within insight what am I overlooking within Insight Go or is Insight Go lacking the ability for user to research tasks?
