CPT codes added to Auth

Adding an option for CPT codes that have been authorized to the auth approval info. So that, when a therapist tries to bill a code that is not authorized, system will not let them proceed until changing to a code that has been authorized.

Deleting multiple lunches, meeting times, or planning times would be super helpful like we can delete multiple appointment for a client. This would replace having to delete them one by one

Delete all recurring appointments

When going to delete a recurring appointment, give the option to delete only this appointment or all appointments going forwards-- both regular patient appointments and "other" appointments.

remove trailing spaces in all the search text bars

Automatically remove trailing spaces in all the search text bars. It's annoying that WebPT won't recognize a search word if there happens to be a trailing space.

New IGO schedule: Being able to double click to add an appt vs right click. Just makes things faster
