Make Template and Topic editors accessible in InsightGO

I understand it's a big project, but I just wanted to put in a request for this because I am waiting in agony to be able to use a functional Topic Editor and Template Editor in InsightGO. As they stand now, in the classic EMR, literally EVERY TIME...
